We only deliver to the specific geographical areas listed below. 

The delivery area can be selected at the checkout, where the relevant postage cost will be added to the order.

If delivery is required outside of our delivery area (including overseas) please contact us.

We endeavour to deliver on the dates selected, occasionally this isn't possible due to things out of our control, should delivery not be possible we will attempt to contact you to discuss an alternative date

We will endeavor to deliver orders for same day delivery that are placed before 1pm.  Same day delivery may not be possible for orders placed after this time.
Our normal delivery days are Monday to Saturday.

1. Our terms and conditions of supply
1.1 Payments: All website payments are made in full at the time of placing the order, only orders whereby payment is successful, will orders be made-up ready for collection or delivery.

1.2 We only deliver within specific geographical areas and delivery location is selected during the checkout, should a delivery address outside of these areas be entered, we won't be able to accept the order on our website but you will be contacted to arrange possible alternatives (this applies to orders for delivery overseas as well as those for outside our delivery area in the UK).'

2. Returns and Refunds, should products be faulty or damaged
2.1 Refunds / exchanges may occasionally be given at the discretion of the management.
2.2 Because of the perishable nature of many Products you are advised to make any complaint within 24 hours of the delivery date of your Products.
2.3 'All products require care and attention, and in the case of all cut flower and some plants, fresh water and/or flower food.  They should also be kept in the environment that they like, eg flowers do not like, and will not survive, if they are room is too warm.
If it is deemed that the products have not been cared for, then we may NOT refund or offer an exchange of product.'
2.4 Your order should arrive in optimum condition.  If you feel you have a complaint then you should take a digital photograph of it and send it immediately to: shop@pgflorist.co.uk
2.5 'All claims for faulty or damaged products should be sent to: shop@pgflorist and accompanied by photographic evidence.  The goods will be required to be returned to us within 48 hours of receipt.  If the product is not deemed to be faulty or damaged we will NOT refund or exchange the product.  Our decision will be final.
2.6 Refunds, partial refunds or an exchange will be given if the product is proved to be faulty or damaged and will be at our discretion and our decision will be final.
2.7 Any Wedding booking fee or deposit for goods ordered will NOT be refunded
2.8 Orders can normally be cancelled up to 24 hours before the intended delivery date by telephoning us.  However, if we have purchased items especially for your order, we reserve the right to charge you for these.  Orders cannot normally be changed or cancelled within 24 hours of the intended delivery date.  Please note that if your order has been 'assigned to production' the order will not be able to be changed or cancelled.
