1. Our terms and conditions of supply
1.1 Payments: All website payments are made in full at the time of placing the order, only orders whereby payment is successful, will be made-up ready for collection or delivery.
1.2 We only delver within specific geographical areas and delivery location is selected during the checkout, should a delivery address outside of these areas be entered, we won’t be able to accept the order and you will be contacted to arrange a new address or to cancel the order. These terms of supply will apply if you purchase goods or services from our Website.
1.3 We reserve the right to make any substitutions if a particular flower or plant is not in stock.
2. Returns and Refunds, should products be fault or damaged
2.1 Refunds may occasionally be given at the discretion of the management.
2.2 Because of the perishable nature of many Products you are advised to make any complaint within 1 working day of the delivery date of your Products.
2.3 All products require care, attention and in the case of all cut flower and some plants require fresh water and or flower food, if it is deemed that the products have not been cared for, then we may NOT refund or offer an exchange of product.
2.4 We guarantee a specific number days of freshness for your flowers, plants, arrangements, or associated items from the date of delivery. If any flowers arrive damaged, you should take a digital photograph of them and send it to us at [email protected]
2.5 All products that are claimed to be faulty or damaged must be returned to our shop or collected by us. We will inspect all Products returned to us claimed to be faulty or damaged. If we discover that they are not faulty or damaged we will NOT refund or offer an exchange of product
2.6 Refunds, partial refunds or an exchange will be given if the product is proved to be faulty or damaged and will be at the owner’s discretion and their decision will be final 
2.7 Any Wedding booking fee or deposit for goods ordered will NOT be refunded
